Cho bột vào túi bắt kem sau đó bắt thành từng viên tròn (đường kính 2cm) vào khay đã lót sẵn giấy nến. Bật lò ở 170 độ C trước khi nướng 10 phút để lò nóng đều rồi cho khay bột vào nướng trong khoảng 15 phút, bánh chín thì lấy bánh ra khỏi lò, để nguội trên rack.
Bánh làm xong đợi nguội rồi bạn bỏ vào trong hộp thủy tinh kín để bảo quản thì giòn được rất lâu đấy! Thỉnh thoảng buồn miệng thì lấy ra một đĩa bánh đồng xu và nhâm nhi cùng tách trà nóng thì hấp dẫn phải biết!
