It'd be really hard to keep a slave on your own with no government infrastructure. Slave runs away, and YOU have to go catch him. Or pay people to catch him. And he can murder those people with out going to jail, so that's gonna cost a lot. It's just not cost effective to own slaves without laws. If you took two seconds to think instead of regurgitating these halfbaked ideas you'd see that.

Capitalism requires anti-coercion. You literally cannot have slaves, at best you can have debt servants which can be traded to someone else to keep repaying the same debt.
